Additional Charges
Supplement for single person occupying a double room - £5.00 per night
Senior Citizens
5% reduction for Senior Citizens
Reductions for Children sharing a parents room
Cot Hire & Linen - £2.00 per night, £10.00 per week
Under 2 - Free of Charge
2 - 6 Years - Less 75% of adult rate
7 - 11 Years - Less 50% of adult rate
12 - 14 Years - Less 25% of adult rate
Please note that we will not be responsible for children left unattended
Evening Meals
DB&B Breaks available from £30 per person per night
Optional Evening Meals in our licensed Dining Room, from £10.00 per adult or £6.00 per child
"Lite Bite" options available from £1.50
Deposits
A 20% deposit will be required to guarantee your reservation, this can be made by cheque or
credit/debit cards. Reservations made without a deposit will NOT be guaranteed unless by
prior arrangement and agreed in writing from us.
Cancellation Clause
Deposits are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to charge the equivalent of 1 night's accommodation on
cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to date of arrival. In the
event of a "no show", we reserve the right to charge the full outstanding balance.
Property Loss or Damage
Although every endeavour is made to ensure safe keeping of you and your property, please note that guests are responsible for their own belongings, ensure that you keep them safe and lock your rooms when unattended. You are also reminded that you may be liable for any loss or damage that is caused by yourselves while staying at the Cranmore.
